SRAM expands crank options to shorter 150 and 155 mm

The American company now offers shorter crank arms for its top-tier groupset.

SRAM

SRAM has announced two new crank lengths, 150 mm and 155 mm, to its top-tier Red drivetrain family, making it the first major component brand to offer sub-160 mm options off the shelf.

The new lengths, which also come with Red XPLR Wide spindle for 1x drivetrains, retain SRAM's 8-bolt direct-mount interface for spiders or integrated chainrings and work with DUB bottom brackets. They expand SRAM's crank length offerings to eight, ranging now from 150 mm to 175 mm. SRAM says the new products will be available from February 2026, with pricing at US$440 / €450 / £400 for arms only.
