We use the trusted provider Stripe to handle your payment. Stripe handles credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never hold your payment details ourselves. 

Our login process can be completed using a magic link or via a one-time code. When you initiate a login an email is sent to you with both options included.

For authentication codes:

• Enter the code from the email into the site to log in

For login links:

• Some email apps open the link inside the email app instead of your browser, which means you’ll only be temporarily logged in there.
• To stay logged in properly, open the link in your web browser (long-press or copy-paste on mobile); the session will persist, and each link can be used up to three times across different browsers or devices.

At whatever stage that happens, you can cancel your membership directly yourself, or drop us a line and we’ll take care of it for you.

While much of our content is behind a paywall we appreciate that sometimes you would like to share something you've read with your friends and family. Each member has a monthly quota of gift articles they can share.

Members can use the Gift option on any article to generate a gift link to share with others. The gift link will open a version of the article with no paywall, even if you're not a member.

Note that Gift Articles are intended for sharing with friends, family or small groups. They are not intended for public sharing, commercial services or aggregators. The link is valid for 30 days. Happy Sharing!

If you're new to Escape you will receive an email with instructions on how to add the member-only feed to your listening app of choice. For an existing member, if you're keen to switch to Spotify to listen:

1 - Be prepared with your Escape Membership email address

2 - Visit the Member Only Podcasts page.

3 - Deselect all selected feeds.

4 - Re-select the feeds you're interested in to resubscribe

For each feed you select you will receive an email with further instructions. In that email:

5 - Click the Listen in your favourite podcast listening app button

6 - Select Listen with Spotify from the options

7 - Follow the on-screen steps to link Spotify to the feed. You may need to login to Spotify in your browser as part of this process.

8 - When prompted, enter your Escape Membership email address and follow the Verification steps
